Easy way for special voicemail (Hurricane coming, closings)

We are located in Florida. Every time a bad storm or hurricane comes, I scramble to create a voicemail, then change my main voicemail to reflect our special closing.
Is there an easier way to do this. I could make up a generic bad weather voicemail, and maybe somehow, I can create a temporary status instead of "Lunch" I could make the temp status say "Bad Weather". But not sure how that could trigger a special voicemail or rules.
Anyone got any ideas?

You could use CFD to create a script that will do this for you.

or, use a dummy extension to route all calls through. Change destination based on status of this extension.
