I'm having issue with the Windows 3CX softphone. It is a small conference room, tried 4 different mics (360 degrees Jabra mic, goose neck directionnal mic, webcam mic, etc) and the sound output is from the TV.
In every configuration, the echo is terrible. The called person (3cx android phone, wifi on the same network) hear a strong echo, very disturbing. On my side, this is perfect thought.
Echo cancellation is enabled on my side (Windows 3cx client).
We tried making the same call with Hangout and it is incredibly clear. No echo, whatever microphone we tried.
Am I supposed to be able to place a call with the same audio quality that Hangout is doing? Is there a setting I missed?
Enabling or disabling the echo cancellation didn't make any difference.
