Echo in windows app - Headset Dell WH1022

Hey!

We are using the headset Dell WH1022 with 3CX Windows App (v20 - 20.0.644.0 & beta 20.0.713.0) and the calls presents echo.

We testing the option echo canceling and microphone gain, no one works.

What else can I do?

Use a proper headset with echo cancelling. This is a hardware issue not a 3CX issue.
