Echo with Android client on Huawei Phone

Hi,
we use Huawei P30 and P30 lite and installed the android client for the 3CX. We have no issues with Samsung, Apple etc. But if you call a number from an Huawei Phone, the person who answered the call hear an echo. This happens only with the huawei devices. I tried the usual thinks like switch the echo cancelacion - no success.

Can someone help?

We have the same problem, but only with OnePlus devices, tested on 6 / 6T. Running 3CX version 15.5.
Android version 9. No problem with Apple / Samsung devices.
