Editing Users & Changes Not Saving v20

There is another thread about this topic that has been closed so I am creating a new one.

Currently, we aren't able to edit or add any users in the 3CX V20.

I'm a system owner, have 4 CPU & 8 GB RAM, have restarted many times, can edit literally everything add or edit anything user related even as a different user,

I receive the error "Internal server error occurred. Please contact administrator"

I have created a ticket but this is such a major issue that I'm requesting the community help if anyone knows a solution.

The issue were a permission problem with an attached drive (our end). Thank you for 3CX help in figuring this out!
