Solved Editing welcome message - not everything in the template

Hi,

I am trying to alter the welcome message e-mailed to users. I have edited the template, but the header at the top of the e-mail doesn't seem to be editable:

I would like to change the logo and text, but I don't seem to be able to do this - if nothing else I'd like to change the strange capitalisation in "Your User Account on your New 3CX System"!
Is this editable?
