Elastix (2.5.0-20) support VPN level 3 or not?

my company have Elastix (2.5.0-20), we need to know if it’s support VPN level 3 or not?

Elastix 2.5 is completely outdated software and you would best update it to 3CX as soon as possible. No support is available for Elastix

Hello @Sayed Anwer, please note that Elastix version 2.5 and 4 are End of Life versions.

If you are currently running a server with Elastix 2.5 we highly recommend you to upgrade your system to Elastix 5 that is powered by 3CX.

You just need to create a backup as showed in this document:

Once you have the backup file then please send us an email with the shared link to download the backup since we will need to convert your file.

Email us at [email protected] to initiate your PBX conversion to 3CX and let us know the extension digit length (2, 3, 4 or 5 digits)
