Elastix installs WIERD BLUE SCREEN (SOLVED)

Hi,
So recently I tired installing on a computer specs intel celeron g1840 board asrock h81m-vg4 r2.0
though USB everything goes well when its formatting the hardrive it shows this weird screen.

using elastix Elastix-2.5.0-Stable-i386-bin-21oct2014.iso
and use this tutorial

Then tried though CD and i get this

The Elastix CD was not found in any of your CDROM drives. Please insert the Elastix CD and press ok or retry

Im using USB CD drive not sure what is going on

Any had this experience?

EDIT: so the CD part was because USBCD wont work so i attached a SATA CD reader and it would get stuck on formating /filesytem at 3 percent

so then i was like f this...when to another computer formatted the usb did the same procedure on the guide now got to the final part where it says formatting /file system... 2 percent..the few times i installed elastix it did not get stuck like this :cry:
Also tried another hardisk :=0 and it got to 4 percent :cry:

EDIT: IT WAS THE BLOODY RAM i changed it viola it worked.
