Elastix.org website shows up in Spanish only

Can't find any obvious way to switch it to english.

Browsing to elastix.org/en doesn't work.

I posted a remark about it early last month that it had been changed and they forgot to put the flags on top of the page as was before......

The region script of code of the site is not setup or is not working but as stated above - elastix.org/en works.
