Elimination of background noise in calls using IP Phones

Please advise if 3CX have any feature which can help us eliminate background noise in calls using IP Phones or 3cx application. If not, then do you recommend any third party software that can integrate with 3cx to achieve the same

Unfortunately, there is no feature in 3CX that would eliminate background noise on your IP phones.
We cannot recommend any third-party apps that can integrate with 3CX.

Is this noise that is simply being picked up by the mic? (If you mute, it dissapears?) Are you using a particular headset, or is this an issue for you, with all devices?
