This is more a comment than a question: the https://www.3cx.com/blog/vlog/erl-elin-kari-e911-regulation/ it outlines that the new version of 3CX gives the option that if a 911 call was made a notification to a paging group can go out announcing that this 911 call was made.
Just a thought: If in a hostile situation a 911 call was secretly made to alert the authorities and to get help, it might not to be smartest way to have that call announced over a paging call so the offender can be alerted and set into panic.
