Email from 3cx Mac Client

Not getting emails regarding a Conference Call from 3cx Mac Client (15.1.1.120) - but working from 3cx Webclient. Also seems ok using 3cx for Windows Client (15.5.8801.3).

Any ideas?

Please note that this is a know issue that will be fixed in the next Mac Os client update. For now you can use the Web client to send email notifications from Mac.

Any ETA that I can pass onto my users that are not keen on using the Webclient?
Wish we had known before upgrading but did not see any "warning" signs that functionality was crippled.

Hi Craig

For MAC, the fix/update has been made in 15.1.1.121, for the iOS in 15.5.3.328 (it's available on latest TestFlight).

The update has been made "in sync" with the PBX (SP3) update, so any older version of the client connected with the latest PBX will not send the eMail - accordingly, if you use the updated .121 with an older PBX, the change has no effect, the PBX will send the eMail regardless.

For both iOS/MAC I cannot provide you an ETA for the official release now, but I will keep this topic updated once it will be decided.

For iOS I'm on 15.5.13.338 currently.
