Hi!

I have enabled

Settings -> Email -> Notifications -> 'Log in and Log out of 3CX Management console'

but when admin is login into Management Console I dont receive an email about this.
The other email notifications (like missing calls) is working fine.

Is there something I´m missing ?
Thank you .

Have you re-started the system after making the change? That might be required for the change to take effect.

This notification is sent for any other extension that logs in. So if example you have given an extension admin rights and they log into the MC, then you will receive a notification on the admin email.

Thank you very much for the clarification.
Is it possible to activate this for the admin, without extension ?
(what I´m trying to be aware of is if someone , for instance, hack the credentials and log as admin)
Thank you

Unfortunately not. The logic is that when the admin logs in, there is not pointo to notify the admin.

If more than 1 people need admin rights, then you should create separate extensions with admins rights and each peraon use their own
This will then be very useful when you install V18, where in the Audit Log each persons actions will be shown.

I mean there is a point, to let you know if someone stole the admin password.

If there is even the slightest chance that someone can steal (or guess), the admin (your) password , I certainly hope you are making daily, off-site, system back-ups.

Multifactor would be nice.

not just recover the system would be a problem ... The stole of sensitive data, that is relevant (records for example).
Maybe a multifactor as sugested by Cytranic would be a good solution .

SSO is coming in V18 and you you could enable the two-factor authentication for Google or Microsoft which are the 2 that will be supported.
If you want you could give v18 a spin around the block as we did release an early Alpha version of it:
