Email notification from mail server

How can i add the first and last name on the email that is being send by the mail server? Anyone tried this?

Hi Craig,

No just want to add First and Last name on the email that is being send from the extension. On the mail server setting the "customize button" it shows Extension and PIN number i want to add name there.
