Hi all,

Testing 3cx v11. When a user misses a call or someone leave them a voice message, the notification email sent to the user does not have the correct time. Time is 4 hours ahead. We are GMT-5 for Eastern Canada.

The server time is correct and also the phones (polycoms) display the correct time.

Only the emails sent to the users have the wrong time stamped.

Anyone know how to fix this?

You might look at where or who has the SMTP server you are using.

You might also check this by sending yourself one of the welcome registration emails from the Extension tab on the left side of the screen and compare this to an email related to vmain sent to yourself to confirm that there is consistency. As you did not state anything about the SMTP server, I assume it may be remote and using its local time.

You don't say if the set(s) and the 3CX server are in the same time zone. If they are then I would check to see if the server running 3Cx is set to the correct time zone. Does the four hour difference correspond to the time zone of the 3CX server location?
