Hi Grunsel164,

Are you referring to 3CX Free / SMB, or a dedicated Pro / Ent install?
Because looking at the screenshot you attached - it looks like it is from the console associated with dedicate Pro / Ent install.
On the other hand you indicated Start UP.

Anyhow if your customer is using 3CX Free, or SMB this option is not available.
If your customer is using dedicated Pro / Ent, then you are able to stop these email notifications.
Simply go to the user / option and make sure you untick the box - send email notification on missed call.

Dedicated 3CX PRO 4 SC. But they still want to receive email when they miss a call. Now they one every time even when they pickup the unregisterd cellphone... And they call back to the number from email and hear but i had you on the line a few moments ago.... very confusing.

Hi @Grunsel164 so a call enters to RING GROUP 1 and then the destination if no answer is set to the RING GROUP 2 and you are mentioning that a call that is forwarded to the RG2 even if it is answered by the user they get the miss call notification.

Well the answer is because the call was not answered when entered to the RG1.

If any call reaches the destination if no answer it means that the call was not answered in the ring group and all the users within will receive this notification.
