We have a bsmtp server, based on postfix. Is relays mail from designated subnets and is working for many years now.
It also handles mail for our 3CX PBX.

One PBX (I call it "PBX A") wont work with our bsmtp server.

When we start the test it gives "The operation was canceled"

We work with 3CX on Debian en is fully up to date.

When testing with PBX A The log on Postfix reports
Aug 23 09:28:45 bsmtp postfix/smtpd[19262]: connect from unknown[1.2.3.4]
Aug 23 09:28:45 bsmtp postfix/smtpd[19262]: lost connection after CONNECT from unknown[1.2.3.4]
Aug 23 09:28:45 bsmtp postfix/smtpd[19262]: disconnect from unknown[1.2.3.4]

When I test it form a other PBX (B) (The settings are exactly the same),postfix connect and send mail.

When I manually connect form the command line from PBX A to the postfix server, mail can be send with telnet commands.

I checked DNS, hostname, IP ect on PBX A

Question:
Where can I see logs on PBX A regarding sending mail? Then I can search further. I am stuck now...

I Also check SPF records and it is allowed for the domain to send from this bsmtp server
