Email templates in other language than English

Hi, is it possible to have templates emails available from pbx in accordance with the language you use in your country ?
for now only English is available.
I know this boring work can be done manually, but this is not acceptable way.
I don't want to manually modify all the templates and of course in case next 3CX update can wipe all or stay in old version not updated.

Is it something 3CX could improve for international product use ?

why locale set to something else than English produce language change only in welcome email?
