Email with voice mail attachments are not being sent.

We are using 3CX version 18.0 (Build 461) on Windows 10 Pro, and I have been noticing that when I get a voicemail on my extension, I am not getting an email with the voicemail as an attachment.

I have it configured in the extension to send the email. We are using our own in-house email server and the credentials are valid.

I need some help on this.

On the voicemail, have you select ‘notification with wav‘ or ‘notification with wav delete from mbox’

After checking the settings mentioned by Saqqara, to make sure that the voicemail is actually set to send vmail as an attachment and since you are using your own SMTP server, I can suggest testing the SMTP by using the TEST button under the management console > Settings > Email > mail server tab to ensure the test's success. If it does, then move to send the extension a welcome email. Does this arrive at the user's email? Again if this does then make sure that SMTP is not blocking the email with attachments, specifically .wav files, leave a vmail on the extension, and check through your SMTP servers logs to see if the email arrives.
