Hi All,

We have a client running 3CX Enterprise v18.0 (Build 20) in AWS (Debian 9). They reported that welcome emails sent to one extension were never received by the associated email address. I performed a message trace and found no messages from 3CX delivered to the end user's Microsoft 365 mailbox. I verified that the mailbox is receiving emails from senders outside Microsoft 365. I then edited the extension's email address to point to mine and was able to have a welcome email delivered to me immediately. In reading several other similar posts, none of which which seemed to indicate a resolution, it seems that the 3CX SMTP server (which we're using) can occasionally block emails when NDRs or similar issues are encountered. Is there any way to troubleshoot this send issue or remove the "block" for an email address?

Thank you,
Russ
