Emergency Broadcast/Alert?

Does anyone use an emergency broadcast add-on, and or something built into 3CX? My company is looking for a way to notify all employees of an event via phone.

This software was recommended, by another user, in one of the other forums, for paging.

Why not just a page all group to all phones announcing there is an issue??

Hi,
Bardissi's suggestion is correct. Set up a ring group, set ringing strategy to 'Paging' from the ring group properties. Also make sure you specify the paging code in the Settings>>Advanced Settings>> Dial codes tab(default should be *9).

then dial the paging code and the ring group number to page all phones for example if your ring group number is 800 and your paging code is *9, dial *9800 and you will page all phones simultaneously. If you have any further questions please feel free to let us know.
