Folks,
i'm dealing with a strange issue, recently arround 20 IP phones that requires 3CX provisioning to work along Hotdesking stopped passing traffic to their PC ports after a power outrage - Grandstream IP phones GXP2130 and GXP2140 running 1.0.11.35 and 3CX on-premises 18.0 (Build 418) on Windows Server 2016 Standard.
While testing - DISABLING Enable VLAN for PC PORT option when provisioning IP phones also sets DISABLED for PC port mode on Network/Advanced Settings for that same IP phone.
While testing - ENABLING Enable VLAN for PC PORT option when provisioning IP phones it sets ENABLED for PC port mode on Network/Advanced Settings for that same IP phone and we get network access (Ping and RDP) for a PC behind that IP phone.
Researching this setting, since our INITIAL understanding was ENABLE VLAN for PC PORT to have VLAN tag ID on it, but in practice is acting the otherwise, we got a bit confuse.

I believe the computer behind the IP phone is working with VLAN tag enabled, due to the property of VLAN ID 0
But again, i tested more than once, rebooting, factory resetting and re-provisioning the IP phone, if i unable the VLAN for PC port, the ip phone disables the pc port and the computer behind doesn't work anymore. Since i'm working with Hotdesking, i don't have the option to set the IP phone manually.
I went to review the provision template, but i don't how i could create a custom template where i always set ENABLE PC port by tweaking the XML below
<!-- PC Port Mode. 0 - Enable, 1 - Disabled, 2 - Mirrored. Default is 0 -->
<!-- Number: 0, 1, 2 -->
<!-- Mandatory -->
<P1348>%%vlanpcenabled%%</P1348>
<!-- PC Port VLAN Tag. Default is 0 -->
<!-- Number: 0 - 4094 -->
<!--Mandatory -->
<P229>%%vlanpcportid%%</P229>
<!-- PC Port Priority Value. Default is 0 -->
<!-- Number: 0 - 7 -->
<!-- Mandatory -->
<P230>%%vlanpcportpriority%%</P230>
Any thoughts people?
Note: The forum oblies me to identify the associated 3CX system, i've chosen one, but it's the not the one with the ongoing issue.
