Solved Enabling TLS for SIP Trunk

I am trying to enable TLS for my SIP trunk provided by DIDLogic. I setup a certificate on SSL for free and uploaded the cert and the private key in the Security Settings under Secure SIP. I then inserted the root certificate under the SIP Trunks Options for TLS Root Certificate but it will not register. I'm using port 5061. This is the error I get in the logs. What am I doing wrong?

Ok from other posts I gather my provider needs to provider the certificate for this to work. They insist they do not so I guess I need a new provider. Any suggestions for TLS providers?

Well, I finally found a SIP provider that works flawlessly with TLS. Telnyx if you were wondering.

Glad you found a provider that works for you.

Indeed, we support TLS when the provider gives you a PEM certificate, without the certificate you can't run TLS between their registrar and the PBX.
