Encrypt VoIP traffic

Hi,

I'd like to fully encrypt voip traffic on my 3CX server but 2 of our voip clients (DECT, Gigaset) do not support TLS and SRTP.
Is there any way to protect the traffic anyway?

Forgot to mention: the DECT phones are on an external network.

Only with VPN (IPsec) between the PBX and remote sites.
3CX SBC, if used, gives some minor protection (no encryption).
