Error 404 (Ln.10000@Generic VoIP Provider) has failed.

Hello,

I use my 3CX behind a Fritzbox. Everything works now. Except phone that out. I get the following error: I don't know what to do next. I've already used google.

Call or Registration to 05071649 @ (Ln.10000@Generic VoIP Provider) has failed. 192.168.0.20 replied: 404 Not Found; from IP: 192.168.0.20: 5060

As 192.168.0.20 is a local IP, and (I suspect) not that of your provider, if you are indeed sending an Invite to a provider URL/IP, then i suspect that there may be a double NAT, or the Fritzbox is intercepting the Invite, as it may be the one responding.

You will have to provide more information, about your setup.

Are you actually attempting to place a call to a Voip provider, or a PSTN line connected to the Fritzbox? If it is the latter, then you may not have 3CX set up correctly for use with a gateway.

its connected as ip phone to the fritzbox - but in the fritzbox is no number created.
