The User Activity Report is not matching numbers with the call report for a specific extension.
Ex: Extension 1999
Turn on the call reporter between 9 and 10 hours after 10 calls and missed 3
According to the activity relationship of the user, between 9 and 10 hours, answered 12 and did not answer 5.
In other words, the numbers do not match.
NOTE: I noticed the inclusion of internal calls and queues.
