Error CM505001

Can anyone help me with tweaking the configuration on Linksys SPA942 phones?

They register with the 3CX server, and appear to function correctly i.e. make and recieve calls (all devices are on the same network), however the 3CX server reports the error

[CM505001]: Ext.11: Device info: Device Not Identified: User Agent not matched; Capabilities:[reinvite, replaces, able-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [Linksys/SPA942-5.2.5] Transport: [sip:192.168.38.1:5060]

What parameter do I need to alter in the phone, so they are correctly identifed to the 3CX server?

It is not error. All CM5xxxxx messages are information messages, not errors, not even warning. System just tells to administrator what it found.
