Error code reply when sending SMS

About a week ago we have intermittently been receiving the following reply when sending an sms, appears to be an error code?

Do you Telnyx by any chance?
As you may be aware they are dealing for some days with a DDOS and this is a message from Cloudflare (the provider to mitigate DDOS).

It probably was. Telnyx uses Cloudflare for their DDoS protection.
