Error deleting old gateway on v18U3 "Commit failed on transaction Delete TCX.Configuration.Interop.Wexternalline"

When I try to delete a old Patton Gateway from a 3CX version 18 U3 I get the following error message:

"Commit failed on transaction Delete TCX.Configuration.Interop.Wexternalline"

What's the matter? How i can delete this old gateway?
