Error download Windows Client

Hi!

We recently installed a 3CX on a consumer. The consumer demanded that 3CX be installed on Windows.

The installation went smoothly and everything was configured, but I noticed that when the agent goes to provision the extension following the welcome email, it is unable to download the installer.

When he clicks to download, "windows.txt" appears in the downloads and this download does not complete, an error appears when downloading.
