Error Internal server error occurred. Please contact administrator on Call report

Hello 3CX team;

I found this issue after upgrade 3CX system from V18 to V20 Update 3 last night, Call report and
Call Cost By Extension Dept is having issue while another report
Queue Statistics, Agent Statistics, or logs are working fine

how to solve this error? please help.
