Error opening users in admin console

Hi, After update to v20 I coudn't open users configuration.
When I click to users menù the Page Will refresh to homepage.

In log file i have this message.
57818|0035|Erro|[ManagementConsoleJS.Controllers.Webclient.MyPhoneController] User: 90, Message: Webclient error, Stack: TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'DeviceType')

Under the Voice & Chat section, check if you have any Dect/FXS devices using a custom template; if so, delete them and then try to access the user's page.
