Error Registering X-Lite Softphone External

I hope you can help me with this issue. I'm currently trying to register my softphone (x-lite) from outside my network. I have my computer on the DMZ of my Linksys wrt54g. I have all the correct ports opened on my firewall where the 3CX PBX server resides. This is the error I am getting.

My Ext is 102
Auth ID 102
Password 102

Advanced Options
Extension is external checked
Bind to Media Server is not checked
Supports Re-Invite is checked
Supports 'Replaces' header is checked


AuthMgr:nAuthFailure Registration request from sip:[email protected] failed. Reason: Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings

AuthMgr::requestCredential Message SipReq: REGISTER 192.168.200.5 tid=f43e7864f33c3853 cseq=REGISTER [email protected]:15990 / 2 from(wire) failed authentication!

Hi,

It seems your password and/or ID are not recognized.
You have two different range of IP
192.168.200.xx / 192.168.1.xx

May be you have tocheck this.
