Error sending and receiving SMS in event logs

I'm able to get 3cx to receive the SMS from the provider but it gives an error and doesn't know where to route the SMS .. anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve? Sending SMS also throws errors.

Are your DIDs in the correct format?

I've tried xxxxxxxxxx 1xxxxxxxxxx and +1xxxxxxxxxx formats but get the same issue with all three.

Could the issue be because the provider isn't sending the message in E164 format? I don't see a + in the number in the logs
