Hi!
SSL Certificate renewal has been failed. Error: SSL certificate failed due to network conditions. Unable to reach Certificate Issuing Servers. We’ll try again in a couple of hours.

Where is the question?

how to fix this error, 3cx server is not available at xxx.my3cx.de

Your Subscription with FQDN sxtel.my3cx.de appears to be offline for an extended period of time.

Check your network config. Firewallcheck ok?

are these two problems related?

by ip everything works

yes, if your 3cx is offline it isnt possible to renew the certificate

Please check the firewallcheck und report back

Your Subscription with FQDN XXXXX.my3cx.de appears to be offline for an extended period of time.
We would like to inform you that if your 3CX System with the above subscription remains offline for another 10 days, the associated FQDN will be released from this subscription. This might have an effect on older backups you have of the system with this Subscription/FQDN pairing as they will no longer be usable.
In order to avoid this, ensure that your 3CX System has an active internet connection and just refresh the key from the Management Console.
In case you are no longer using this subscription, you can ignore this email.
The 3CX Team

The server has been running for over a year, I haven't changed any settings. Dashboard - FQDN glows green
Dashboard-License Settings - error ---Unable to reach 3CX License Activation Server. Confirm that your Primary DNS Server is able to resolve activation.3cx.com ---

Step 1: Check System Requirements

The following Windows platforms are supported:

  • Windows 10 (Pro, Enterprise)
  • Windows Server 2016 (Standard, Datacenter)
  • Windows Server 2019 (Standard, Datacenter)

My mistake, I read your post as Server 2012
