Solved Error to show messages on all old extensions.

All old extensions have the same error, but when I create new extensions it works normally this is happening every week and I always have to create new extensions because the old ones are unable to access messages.
Attached is the print of the error, I remember that when I create new extensions the error disappears for a while.
Server has spare memory and HD available

What PBX version are you running? Is it on premise or hosted?

On premise, version 18.0.965

I reconfigured on a zeroed machine and programmed it from scratch and at this point the error came back. totally new server and only whatsapp enabled no old data and the problem is again.

Sorry, I was answering my cell phone and got the version from another client.
Follow the correct version, I'm watching and this error happens to all users.
