Error Transferring calls

I am having a problem when trying to transfer calls to another extension. I am using a Netcomm v85 IP handset and whenever I hit the transfer button on the phone I am getting the following item showing in the server log.

13:15:21.665 MediaServerReporting::RTPSender [MS004000] Call(42) Ext.100: (ACTIVE): Can't send RTP stream to 0.0.0.0:16390 destination unreachable

When I press the transfer button again I get the call back with the following log entry.

13:15:37.602 MediaServerReporting::RTPSender [MS104000] Call(42) Ext.100: (ACTIVE) RTP stream to 192.168.254.66:16390 restored

I was just wondering if anyone out there can give me anything I can try to resolve the problem as it is annoying me.

What type of equipment are you using?

The system configuration is

Netcom v844 Gateway with 2 PSTN lines 10000 & 10001. I then have 2 Netcomm v85 VoIP handsets, ext 100 & 101.

Everything is working correctly, I can make outgoing calls and the incoming calls go throught the digital receptionist and get put through to the correct station.

My problem is when I have a call on ext 100 when I press the transfer button on the telephone handset, the call goes on hold, I then get the log entry as in my first post, then I dial 101 which should transfer the call to the other handset. The call does not get transferred and there is nothing showing in the system log. If I want I can then press transfer again on the originating handset which will take the caller off hold.

These netcom phones and gateways are not supported/tested with 3CX.

You could try downloading the alpha version of 3CX Phone System v4 and see if the generic support works with these gateways or phones. If not you would have to buy supported hardware.
