I was having a problem with this on premise hosted customer on V18 and since V20 upgrade is recommended I uninstalled V18 and tried to install V20. When doing the restore from backup if gave me this error "Error creating FQDN: Cloud services have been disabled for this key. Only custom FQDN can be used. You must go back to the "Configure FQDN" step and select "I have my own FQDN" to continue. For more info please contact sales." So I tried creating a new FQDN on the 3cx portal and it still gives me this error with the new cfg file it gives me. They have 3CX Standard 2 SC but I didnt see a limitation on the FQDN.

Any help is appreciated.

Maybe they've stopped self hosting of the free one. Are you able to try the hosted and see if it lets you host by 3cx?

If you receive an error that cloud services are disabled for this key, I recommend contacting our customer service team to check the subscription status. Choose the Licensing option in this contact form and provide the license details.
