Hi,
I have a device which should dial an internal number to just let the phone ring.
So I created an extension for the device (71) where it should login and then call the internal extension 25.
Unfortunately the extension 25 won't ring. In the activity log I can see this:
Does somebody know why this isn't working and what I have to set or change in 3CX to make this work?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
