Following the instractions given for upgrading the backup procedure files before upgrading to version 5 from previous older version with call history , i downloaded the backup_update.zip files and i extract it to the defined location. After the update i pressed the backup restore link and came out this message "Fatal error: Call to undefined function cm_connect() in H:\Program Files\3CX PhoneSystem\Data\Http\backup.php on line 5". i restored the updated files to vesion "3CX Phone System v3.1.2434.0 "
