I am getting this error when closing a call on 3CX Web App:
Exception of type System.InvalidOperationException occured in 'processDropCall' line 5440. Message: Invalid connection Id

The extension does not have any hardware phones configured and uses 3CX Web App only.

It seems like a bug with 3CX Web App. Now that 3CX App is being disfavored because it's old and starting to become buggy, it would be better for 3CX to focus on polishing the 3CX Web App. Also, please make the 3CX Web App compatible with non-Chrome browsers.

Hi @lee3cxp

Looks like you've a problem with your connection ID, do your extension have correct ID's ?

Maybe try to regenerate them and get a new welcome email !

Basically this happens when you try to hangup a call that has already been terminated by the system and the Web App UI did not update yet, so it is not easily reproducible.

I am happy to say that we are on it though and hope to have it fixed in the next update, along with some other edge-case errors. Additionally we plan for such messages to show a more "user-friendly" and understandable message.
