Error when trying to change DR

I just updated to version 5.0.379.

When I tried to change my Digital Receptionist I get this error message and I also just tried adding a new DR and I get this same erro message.
Below is the error message and some of my log. I hope the log is ok because it is only set to medium logging.

Object duplication error
