Error while sending the message

I am trying to send the message to the address extension_no.@IP_address:5060 but after pressing the send button getting the message that "method not allowed" what's going wrong

If you are using sip device or soft phone, that is correctly registered with 3cx (green icon) just dial the extension number and press send.

Does this work?

Not working still.

Hello,

Could you cut and paste your log and Ill try to see where its failing.

If you have two extensions set up and registered, you should be able to enter the other extension number in the phone device and press send or enter to call the other extension.

Do you have all your extensions under the status panel with green icons, ie all correctly registered?

yes all are correctly registered.call flow is working fine but i am unable to send the message.
