Error with importing from CSV

This is on 3cx V16, Professional License.

The extension imports correctly and it works, but when I click on it to edit it the ext I get this error:
Name cannot begin with the '2' character, hexadecimal value 0x32. Line 1, position 128.

From CSV config file:

if it take that "2" out of the timezone, and re-add the ext I not get:
