EspoCRM Integration

Hi everyone,

I am a representative of the EspoCRM, and we are currently integrating and testing 3CX with EspoCRM for our customers.

We regularly need to deploy temporary 3CX instances for testing and integration validation purposes (call flows, CRM synchronization, click-to-call, call journaling, etc.).

We wanted to ask other integrators here:

1. How do you handle your testing environments?
2. Do you usually purchase commercial licenses for testing, or is there any recommended way to obtain trial/testing licenses for integration purposes?

We are especially interested in how other CRM integrators manage this workflow.

We use trials or sandboxes, or developer accounts where we can.

For Espo, we built the template lol it didn't exist before.

If this is your main account, it will most likely only allow you to create one 3CX Free license and one 3CX Basic 4SC license.

Unless I’m mistaken, you would need to either purchase at least an 8SC PRO license or become a 3CX Partner so you can get an NFR license for testing https://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/features/.
