eUnify CRM Integration?

I'm looking at older directions for this integration and it requires a plugin and editing information in the 3CXWin8Phone.user.config file. Is there a comparable place to edit this in the new V18 application for windows?

Better yet, is there a better integration for eUnify that someone can direct me to?

Unfortunately no, however, if this is a web-based software and it has an API, the server-side integration could work (which is supported by the new DesktopApp.)

As for your current one, there's not much to do since it's old and they don't support client-side Integrations anymore, so no it doesn't work on the new app.

The "old" 3CX client for Windows is still there and supported. Some integrations like Outlook or DATEV use this approach, which is still supported, so you can use it. Please note that there is no documentation about this, as new integrations should be done server side using the CRM tool, but if you have the configuration guide from the developer of that integration, it should work.
