Having a strange issue on v15 sp1:
If I specify a second route on an outbound rule then any outbound calls on that route hear a ring that i'd describe as a europe-style ringing, sort of a double ring, then a pause, then double ring.
If I remove the 2nd route from the same outbound rule then calls out hear a standard US ring.
It's not provider specific. It makes no difference what provider I specify as route 1 and 2. I can even specify the same provider as 1 and 2 to duplicate the issue.
I contacted partner support but they were unable to duplicate the issue. They suggested that the ringtone comes from the provider and that i should do a packet cap.
Any one with any other ideas?
