EVENT 1000: Application Error, 3cxPhoneSystem.exe

Hi Everyone, over the last 2 days we have had our 3cx system crash out.. looking at the event logs it shows a service has crashed out.. Anyone else having this issue???? Anyone know how to resolve it?
