Hi, the below error was recieved Event ID: 12289, now the Trunk Service have gone off line and not registering with the service provider.​

It seems that you used a supported providers template and then changed the registrar to match an unsupported provider which is now not reachable by the PBX.
I would suggest that you contact your provider about it.

Hi Andreas, I have spoken to the provider and they stated nothing has changed on their side and their service is working fine. I connected another Sip Device to the same service provider trunk and it works, hence it must be the 3CX System, We get the below error.
Device 0433781284 dialed on (AnyLine@Crazy Tel 10210621) has reached max amount of calls - Call(from "Carroll, Natasha"<sip:[email protected]>;tag=b6c5b129-8318-47e1-8bf1-3fcd423780e2 to 0433781284

Hi Andreas, This issue is 100% related to 3CX, they have disable or restricted service of the SMB Account. Can you please look into the matter. Regards,
