Solved Event ID 30051 Warning - Unidentified Incoming Call. Review INVITE and adjust source identification

Hello,

I am using 3CX Hosted V20.

During troubleshooting another issue today, I noticed that there are many warnings of event ID 30051 -
Unidentified Incoming Call. Review INVITE and adjust source identification:

I have reviewed https://www.3cx.com/docs/event-log/ and the details of the event ID, but I am still unsure how to solve the issue. I can receive calls fine.

Could someone please point me in the right direction for solving this issue?

Are you forwarding calls from other numbers to your DIDs in the system?

Yes, I have another external phone number that is being forwarded to the main DID in the system.

I use Flowrroute.

No, I do not have a Partner. I have either been able to solve issues on my own, searching the forums or posting here.

The best advice is to port numbers over to your Flowrroute trunk so that you can enter them as DIDs under the trunk settings.

Thank you for this information. This is a number that I want to leave outside of Flowroute.

Thankfully, I can receive calls with no issues.
